September 28^th, 2022 (last deadline): Receipt of 2-page summary

WORD Template (2-page summary or up to 6-page contribution)

LATEX Template (2-page summary or up to 6-page contribution)

October 1^st, 2022: Acceptance notification for oral or poster presentation

November 1^st, 2022: Final submission of up to 6-page full-length conference paper (optional)

Registration process

September 30^th, 2022: Registration opening

November 28^th, 2022: End of registration

Participants have to pay their registration fees directly to Paul Langevin center

Purchase order should be sent by participants about 60 days before WS start to confirm their registration
